Next to each thread (on the left side of the name) will be a small emoji, here is the legend for interpreting it.
= I'm unsure as to whether they should be promoted. "Maybe", "I don't know" or "Perhaps later on in life" most accurately applies.
= I think we should strongly look at this user as an option for promoting. (These are the applications I would advise that you take a look at, even if you don't look at all of the app reviews posted.)
= No. I highly suggest you do not promote these users.


If I think one player NEEDS to be promoted, I will mark their app review "thumbs up" as well as pin it to the top for easy access.
